Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ZaikaRush mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

ZaikaRush is a food ordering and delivery facilitation platform connecting hostel residents with local restaurant partners in Hostel City.

2. Account & authentication

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• A one-time verification code (OTP) will be sent to your email for authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate delivery information, including your hostel block and room number.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Ordering & payment

• All prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• A delivery fee may be added to your order total.
• Available payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment via Safepay.
• For online payments, you will be redirected to a secure Safepay checkout page.
• Promo codes and wallet cashback are subject to validity and usage limits.
• Once an order is accepted by the restaurant, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Hostel Cart (group orders)

• Hostel Cart allows up to 8 users to place a combined order.
• All participants must order from the same restaurant.
• The session creator is responsible for finalizing and placing the group order.
• Delivery fees are split equally among all participants.
• ZaikaRush is not responsible for internal payment settlement between group members.

5. Delivery & liability

• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary.
• ZaikaRush facilitates orders but does not prepare food. Quality and food safety are the restaurant’s responsibility.
• You must provide an accurate gate note for the delivery rider.
• ZaikaRush is not liable for delays caused by restaurant preparation, traffic, or other factors outside our control.

6. User conduct

• You must not use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Abuse, harassment, or threats toward restaurant staff or delivery riders will result in account suspension.
• Fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or misuse of promo codes will lead to permanent account termination.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App’s functionality.

7. Modifications

• ZaikaRush reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Major changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email.
